Roommate Wanted - Price: 450.00 in Framingham, Massachusetts

I am looking for a roommate starting April 1st.
The rent is 450.00 plus utilities (heat-power-internet). No cable TV.
For the first month there is the rent plus the security deposit on the same amount.
The apartment is located in Framingham, 8 minutes walk from the Commute Rail.
There's a parking spot in front of the building, neighborhood very nice and friendly.
The contract is until September 1st.
I'm in my 30's and college student, so I need quiet time,
also I don't throw parties in my house and I expect the same.
I am extremely neat and organized, the house should be always clean as well.
We can talk about the house rules and chores when we meet.
The person should able to give me background information which I would check myself.
I have preference on women.
